Clients of “Rīgas satiksme” draw attention to information plates near schedules at public transport stops

The results of the opinion poll carried out on “Rīgas satiksme” website in March show that our clients have noticed plates attached to poles of public transport stops under schedules. 70% of all respondents pointed out that they have noticed various information materials.

942 visitors of “Rīgas satiksme” website participated in the opinion poll carried out in March. 13% of them pointed out that they only look at the necessary schedule, and 11% don’t check schedules at public transport stops, but in their mobile phones or computers. 6% of the respondents have not noticed these plates, but pointed out that now they will draw attention to them.

Starting from the year 2007, “Rīgas satiksme” puts various information plates under schedules at public transport stops. Now the plates urge passengers not to stand near the driver’s cabin in the area marked with yellow in order not to impair the driver’s vision, thus ensuring safe transportation of passengers. Earlier there were plates informing about the transportation of bicycles in public transport, air conditioners and the procedure of applying for the Pupil’s e-card.
